I hope you know that behind all the cool events you see on instagram, there is a person who once chose discomfort over familiarity, someone who once chose to jump without knowing if there was a safety net to fall on to. A good life that we feel proud of, often comes with a lot of uncertain moments, a lot of discomfort, and learning to love and accept our shadow as well, which is a forever journey (at least for me). This was a beautiful weekend that reminded me how far I’ve come and made me proud to have chosen to be uncomfortable in moments where it was really easy to just stay how I was, where I was. 🤍
