It's harder than it looks 🤪 I know many Hairstylists had no idea what they were signing up for when they got into the industry. I mean imagine thinking " Who doesn't want to do their friends hair all day and get paid?" Only to later realize, this work is hard behind the chair and then you have so many other things to manage outside of that. That's why the failure rate is so high, so if you're still in it and putting in the work, you're doing what many other refused or couldn't do. Now knowing that there is so much more to doing hair than doing great hair, you may be in a place that you need to pivot how you handle your business.
