Oh Adrianne and Ben, this day felt like such a long time coming! We had our first chat about their day back in 2019 over a coffee in Starbucks, and after a couple of postponements and their pre-wedding shoot, their big day finally came! 😊 They had a beautiful day at Southend Barns, with a super emotional ceremony (even the registrar had a tear in her eye!) followed by drinks and canapés in the garden accompanied by music from Alex @thesteelpanman. The main barn looked so cosy with tealights all along the trestle tables and the amazing floral moon gate was moved from the ceremony to frame Adrianne and Ben at their sweetheart table during their wedding breakfast. In the evening, while their guests enjoyed toasting marshmallows, we got some couple portraits in the gorgeous golden hour light before heading back in for the couple's first dance and to start the party! The light coming into the barn was just beautiful. It's not often I get to play with sunset light on the dancefloor so my second shooter Tash and I made the most of it, playing with the light and shadows and silhouettes.
