You asked, we delivered! We’re launching a full 10-Week Half Marathon training program to get you ready for our very first @ifit Live Half Marathon in September in Kauai, Hawaii. 🌺
This training plan was designed for runners who are wanting to take their running and training further (literally). Anyone who can comfortably run a 5K but wants to train for longer runs and further distances, this is for you! The program consists of mixed tempo runs, easy runs, distance runs, cross training, active recovery and rest days throughout the weeks, so you can enjoy summer but stick to your training goals. 🗓
We will post the program here on our @nordictrack social media every Sunday for the week ahead with daily reminders throughout of what your workout is for the day.
