LORE – a collective body of knowledge, folk traditions and story. A re-imagining of Stravinsky’s Les Noces, LORE explores the uneasy marriage of humans with nature and technology through a prism of fractured rituals that weave between times and traditions. Customs are broken, spliced and reborn as one generation gives way to another, the sacred continually constituted anew. We discard and we remember. Premiering at @teatroallascala this Friday.
