A lot of my emails this week have been around planning and booking your engagement shoots. A lot of you are asking, when is the best time to book?
Here are a few things for you to consider:
Time of year -
Visualise how you’d like your engagement shoot to look. I’m always here to help with this to give you ideas. Do you have in your mind a cosy winter session, a warm golden Summer evening or an autumnal woodland stroll? This will help you have an idea on the time of year you’d like to book.
Location -
You need to have in mind how far you are willing to travel.
Do you have somewhere personal and meaningful to you both?
Would you like your engagement shoot at your wedding venue?
Where the proposal took place?
Or an adventure to somewhere you’ve never been - but love the idea/look of! - again I’m here to help with this.
Style -
Are you looking for a rustic, outdoor, rural setting? Or an urban city street vibe? Or maybe a chic, quaint town square?
These are all the ideas that run through my mind when helping you plan your engagement shoots.
Whatever you decide- make sure you plan well in advance. I can be fairly flexible with midweek, evening bookings through summer and weekends are available but they will fill up fast!
I hope this helps :)
