The Monday after a long holiday weekend can hit hard — emotionally, mentally, and physically.
Your body is recalibrating.
Your mind is catching up.
Your routines are easing back in.
🧠✨CBT tip: Notice any self-critical thoughts (“I’m behind,” “I should be more productive”) and gently challenge them. Ask yourself: “Is this thought true? Is it helpful right now?” Replace it with a kinder, more realistic thought, like: “I’m easing back in, and that’s okay.”
Give yourself permission to move at the pace you need. One small step is enough for today.
