This past month it was an honor to bring my Stronger Minds, Brighter Futures initiative to another community school in New York! A huge thank you to @raleighmoosefc and to everyone who donated hygiene products to help make this possible! 🪥Nearly 1 in 5 teens say they’ve skipped school because they didn’t have access to basic hygiene products. Mental wellness, self-confidence, and healthy hygiene habits go hand in hand. We talked about how hygiene impacts self-worth, what it means to show up for yourself, and how your current circumstances do not define your potential. Each student was able to leave with a goody bag full of hygiene essentials!
