I created this because I found myself having the same conversations, making the same self-advocacy requests (agenda, pls?), and getting the same well-intentioned questions on how to be more neuroinclusive at work. As an autistic creative, this guide would personally save myself a lot of headache of daily self-advocacy AND educate people who want to make work more accessible. I think I speak for a lot of neurodivergent people when I say we've spent our lives compromising and accommodating for the non-neurodivergent people at work, often with minimal acknowledgment of our unique communication and work styles. #womenatwork #womeninbusiness #neurodivergent #autismacceptance #neurospicy #neurodivergentatwork #neurodiversity
