Why? Because pretty much all the stuff that bothers us the most for the longest is rooted in a bad memory or a lie and it’s time to fix it. You may think you haven’t been traumatized but trust me when I say you probably have. You may think your trauma has nothing to do with your life today. All I can say is, stick around . _____ I’m literally obsessed with human behavior. Seriously. I rarely think or talk about anything else. People are the most beautiful, completely divine, oft broken, sometimes predictable but always fascinating creations. ALL the answers that matter are found at the intersection of mental health, faith and culture.
