Recently @artsy has collaborated with @goodblackart on a benefit auction with part of the proceeds supporting @derrickadamsny The Last Resort which is using art as a form of therapy and education for young Black creatives in Baltimore. The auction includes 5 incredible black artists (Adrian Armstrong, Jewel Ham, Tae Ham, Mario Joyce and Laurena Finéus), working across different mediums and techniques. Alongside of the auction, there’s a beautiful exhibition of the works in New York curated by @phillipmichaelcollins and located at @nyccultureclub until November 5th. Every work will be backed by @fairchain.art which will ensure that artists are directed 10% in royalties in the case of future resales.
