Mucogingival Monday: Old dog 🐶, new tricks 🪄 edition! My first try at the @dr.istvanurban et al Strip FGG + @geistlich_north_america Mucograft technique for vestibuloplasty and increased KG. ✅ Endo/restorative failure of #10 and #11x13 FPD required ridge preservation/augmentation with PRF, 50:50 FDBA/Bio-Oss, and @osteogenics Cytoplast membrane. 🦴 Healing was great but inadequate soft tissue thickness and vestibular depth were present. Prior to @straumann.us BLC implant placement, a 2-3 mm wide strip FGG was harvested and secured apically with @osteogenics 7.0 PGA Resorba suture. Mucograft collagen matrix was secured coronal to the strip graft and left exposed for healing.
