Doing some sort of movement right away in the morning helps to wake up the mind and body in the best way 🙌🏾. It helps to de-stress and provide clarity in the mind, work to relieve any tightness or kinks in the muscles and warms them up to be ready to go, and it also boosts your serotonin levels to leave you feeling happier and ready to start the day ✨!

Do each exercise for 30 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest, 3 full rounds 🔥
1. Cross Toe Tap to Cross Crunch (30 sec per side)
2. Back Lunge Open Arm Twists
