O M G I just discovered my all time favorite overnight oats combo??? Ok ok ok so y’all know how I feel about overnight oats by now. Amazing. Scrumptious. Easy. Cozy. Fantastic all across the board. But let’s get serious ... the toppings are just as important as the base!!! This morning I really just feel like I nailed it with the toppings. I mean banana and peanut butter are a given of course. Sliced almonds??? Ok now. Freeze dried BLUEBERRIES? ik y’all thought I was about to say raspberries, gotta mix it up 😤😤. These flavors with the peaches are h e a v e n. All I’m saying is you have to try this. #dEats Base: - 2/3 cup oats - 1 cup unsweetened almond milk - 1/2 tbsp flax seed - slightly defrosted frozen peaches (they can be completely frozen mine got a little melty by accident lol) - 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder - cinnamon to taste Combine and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, microwave for a min and a half, mix, and microwave for another 45 seconds roughly. #whatsinmybowl Toppings: - half banana sliced - almond slices - freeze dried blueberries - @justins honey peanut butter (chefs kiss obsessed) - shredded coconut - a light dusting of cinnamon Please tag me if you try this out!
