Here are some ways I communicate my cancellation policy
✨a copy and paste (short and sweet) policy sent to every client once they book their appt
✨at their hair appt “if you need to make any changes or reschedule this appointment please let me know at least 48 hours before so you won’t be charged any cancellation/rescheduling fees.
✨”I will see you on _{date}_. And just a reminder, if anything changes, we’re happy to move this appointment, just let us know 48 hours ahead of time so you won’t be charged the cancellation fee”
✨”my cancellation policy is to let me know 48 hours before your appointment if you need to reschedule or cancel, that way I can fill that spot and not charge you any fees”
