After months of planning, and years of dreaming, we’re happy to announce “8 Nights at Birdie G’s: an 8-night guest chef series celebrating Jewish cuisine with some of my favorite chefs in the business. We wanted to keep it as accessible as possible for the guests (our prices are already ridiculous, amirite?), and as casual and fun for the Chefs. So each Chef will prepare special dishes to be available a la carte, in addition to our normally-scheduled dinner menu. It’s actually just a sneaky way for all of us to hang out with awesome people. Reservations for all 8 nights are available exclusively to members of Global Dining Access by Resy for 24 hours, beginning TODAY at 10 a.m. PT. An eligible American Express Card must be on file to unlock access (terms apply). We'll open up reservations to the greater public on November 8 at 10 a.m. PT.
