The yummiest, easiest apple pie recipe using ✨store bought pie crust ✨ + 7-8 apples peeled, seeded, and sliced + 2 pie crusts (I used pre-made) + 3 tablespoons butter 
+ 3 tablespoons corn starch 
+ 1/2 cup granulated sugar + 1/3 cup brown sugar
+ 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg + 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon + 1 teaspoon vanilla extract + 1/4 teaspoon salt + optional: course sugar for garnish • Preheat oven to 375°F with a baking tray. • In a large pot, combine the butter, apples, and all the spices/seasonings and stir on medium for 5 min. Then add your corn starch and stir until desired consistency. • Line a 9-inch pie plate with one of the pie dough, allowing it to droop over the edges slightly. Add the cooled apple mixture. • Cut the second pie dough into strips and do a lattice crust on top. • Brush with egg wash and course sugar and bake for 35 minutes. Rotate and reduce heat to 325°F and bake for an additional 25 minutes.
