. نظم المركز، محاضرة ضمن سلسلة محاضرات تثقيفية يقدمها لموظفيه، بهدف تعزيز القيم الوظيفية وأخلاقيات المهنة، بعنوان "الوظيفة المباركة والجاذبية الأخلاقية"، قدمها الدكتور أحمد الزامل كبير الوعّاظ في الهيئة العامة للشؤون الإسلامية والأوقاف، حيث تناولت المحاضرة قيمة العمل وفضائله في الإسلام، ضمن إطار مفهوم "الوظيفة المباركة" التي تناولت المحاضرة أهم سماتها، كما عززت مفاهيم الانتماء الوظيفي، والإيجابية الأخلاقية، وما تنعكس به من أثر على الفرد والمجتمع، يأتي تنظيم المركز للمحاضرة في إطار عمله على خلق بيئة عمل إيجابية جاذبة، من خلال تعزيز الشعور بالرضا الوظيفي لدى الموظف، وما ينعكس به من إيجابية في الأداء. The Centre organized a lecture entitled "A blessed Job and attractive ethics ”, as part of its series of educational lectures organized for its employees to promote job values and professional ethics, delivered by Dr. Ahmed Al-Zamil, chief preacher at the General Authority for Islamic Affairs and Endowments- Abu Dhabi. The lecture addressed the value of work and its virtues in Islam, revolving around the notion of " A blessed job", and its main characteristics. It also highlighted concepts such as job affiliation, positive morals, and their effect on the individual and society.
