Your products are only tools but you're the one who controls how they are used and how much money can be generated with them.
They don't limit you but here are some things that can:
• Your market
• Your salon location
• Your talent level
• Your experience
• Your drive and work ethic
• Your brand
Your market is one thing you can't control unless you move, but it can still be influenced depending on your willingness to work for it.
Consumer behavior plays a huge role in our business, but consumer behavior is influenced by perceived value.
Here are some questions to ask yourself if you are wanting to increase your perceived value:
How good is your client experience?
How easy is your booking process?
What is your salon environment like?
How do your clients currently perceive your value and why?
What value do you bring to your market and your clients?
Do they understand all that you offer?
Are you clearly communicating your value and offerings?
What are you willing to do to increase that value?
I hope these questions will help you identify where you can improve, I will hace a follow up post on how 🙌
