What can you do to manage rosacea at home? See CAPTION below for further advice and product recommendations. KEY SIGNS: ⚡️FLUSHING: triggers can include stress, gut health, over-use of actives and UV exposure, specific foods and drinks, eg. alcohol and coffee, amongst others ⚡️BUMPS & PIMPLES: whereas you tend to find black and white heads in ACNE, the papules in rosacea tend to be firm and are often on the mid cheek. The pustules are often very superficial but not always.
