So years agowhen I decided to pivot into offering permanent locs, I thought (obsessed) through every single detail. 📍How am I gonna attract clients for this new service? 📍How is handmaking and installing locs going to change my schedule? I grabbed my planner and wrote down every step I needed to make it work. I'm talking the different hair types I'd need to learn to work with, different parting styles, the best tools you name it! I loved the art of crafting locs and the freedom they bring women. Deep down, I knew mastering permanent locs was where I was meant to be.✨ Now, seven years later, I look back and think about how different my life would’ve been if I hadn’t believed I could do it—or if I’d listened to that one ex-client who said people would never travel for this (girl, that’s a story for another time). ✨I’m just so grateful to be exactly where I’m supposed to be today
