first new addition to the menu since we opened! our marinated yao yu 🦑 we grill and marinate rhode island squid overnight and toss it with pickled mustard greens, olives, kumquats + herbs. think italian squid salad from the deli case but with cantonese flavors. cantonese food isn’t high on acid but we thought this would be a nice way to complement your meal, especially when it’s so toasty out! available on our snack menu in our cocktail yard + our regular dinner menu
