Day 3 was all about slowing all the way down. 🧖🏾‍♀️
From the moment I arrived in St. Thomas, I knew my body needed a massage. I was tired — in ways deeper than sleep. When I saw the spa was scheduled for the end of the trip, I didn’t understand it at first. But by the time Day 3 came around, it made perfect sense.
We spent the day at the Heavenly Spa at the Westin, and everything about it felt intentional. The massages were incredible — the kind that release what you didn’t even realize you were carrying. We moved slowly, enjoyed the sauna, the pool, sipped tea, and rested in stillness while looking out at the beach and watching the boats pass by. Time felt gentle there.
When we returned to the villa, lunch was exactly what I needed. I don’t know what it is about spa days, but I was hungry — body and soul — and that meal filled me back up.
That evening, we shared our last dinner together. A true Caribbean night. Grilled lobster, rich flavors, laughter, and gratitude around the table. We savored it all, knowing it was our final night. One of the ladies surprised us with a handwritten card — such a simple gesture, yet so thoughtful and meaningful. It reminded me how quickly genuine connections can form when hearts are open.
Day 3 showed me that rest is most powerful when it comes at the right time. I’m leaving this trip relaxed, renewed, and deeply grateful — carrying the softness, the care, and the sisterhood back home with me.
Everything we needed… we received.
