My beautiful Egyptian Bride, Rita 😍👰🏻‍♀️ __ When I did Rita’s bridal trial several months back, I was reminded of one of the main reasons why I wanted to become a MUA to begin with. At the end of her trial, I handed her the mirror to reveal her completed look as I normally do. But when Rita looked at herself, I watched her eyes fill up with tears of joy. I could see her envisioning herself on her wedding day and it all becoming very real. But what was really apparent to me in that moment, was that she not only knew she looked beautiful, but that she FELT truly beautiful too. Makeup isn’t what made Rita beautiful. She’s gorgeous without it. But what I love about makeup, is that it can shine a light into someone’s inner beauty and allow the essence of who they are to be illuminated in the form of art...but on their face.
