The Lion's Tale Cocktail: 2 ounces Woodinville Bourbon 1/2 oz allspice dram (home made, or from the bottle) 1 tsp. simple syrup 1/2 oz lime juice 2 dashes Angostura bitters Orange twist for garnish Combine Woodinville Bourbon, allspice dram, simple syrup, lime juice and Angostura bitters with ice in a shaker.
