How to do it:
1️⃣ Start in a bear position (hands + feet on the ground, knees hovering).
2️⃣ Lift the hips and rotate your body into a crab position.
3️⃣ Reach one arm up and overhead, opening the chest.
4️⃣ Return with control and switch sides.
