You can, of course, get different t brand stuff or ever lower fat Greek yogurt to adjust the overall macros, but this combo works great for me.

3/4 cup @oikos PRO Greek yogurt
3/4 scoop @1stphorm Level-1 protein
1/2 teaspoon baking cocoa
And whatever toppings you desire!
