35KM CHASING MY BOY CHEBOI!! I have been working with William Cheboi for a couple years now, he has been one of the strongest pacers I’ve worked with! This time around he got the opportunity to race in Spain this upcoming weekend, and even though I was sad that he wasn’t able to work with the camp, I was super proud of him and happy for the opportunity. In Kenya, this guy don’t often get the opportunity to race overseas and most of the times this is the only way they can make money, so if they get invited to run outside of Kenya they are able to make some $$ to bring back to their families. Since I started training in Kenya both Cheboi and Rainbow @kipkoechbarnaba have been able to get opportunities to run overseas. Esta vez tuvo la oportunidad de competir en España el próximo fin de semana, y aunque estaba triste de que no pudiera trabajar con el campamento, estaba súper orgulloso de él y feliz por la oportunidad. En Kenia, no muchos suelen tener la oportunidad de competir en el extranjero y la mayoría de las veces esta es la única forma en que pueden ganar dinero, por lo que si los invitan a correr fuera de Kenia, pueden ganar algunos $$ para traer de vuelta a sus familias. Desde que empecé a entrenar en Kenia, tanto Cheboi como Rainbow @kipkoechbarnaba han podido tener oportunidades para correr en el extranjero.
