There are very few things as satisfying as a warm fresh bagel. Reminds me of sundays as a kid. Going to the bagel shop. Ripping it apart in the car home straigh out of the thick brown bagel. the steam burning anything in sight but who cared. Making them is an ode to my younger self. These were made for a client over the weekend. We smoked @aquabestnyc black sea bass in a big @franklinbbq smoker. now @anikaodzelashvili thinks we should have them for @redcoffeestand
