A Message from our Founder and CEO, Dominique Raccah: Happy 35th anniversary, Sourcebooks! What an incredible journey it has been. 35 years ago today, when I was just starting out – one book, published out of my spare bedroom, and no employees – I could never have imagined that Sourcebooks would go on to impact millions of lives as the largest woman-owned publisher in North America. Wow. I am so immensely grateful for everyone who’s been on this journey with us. You’ve made a difference. You’ve helped us get here, together. And to every single one of our authors: I am so proud that you’ve chosen us as your publishing home, and so humbled that we get to to help your stories reach readers. We are all part of the Sourcebooks story, and we keep writing it as we go. How amazing is that! In the last 35 years, I’ve learned more than I ever thought possible. I can’t wait to see what’s around the bend as we walk into a brand new era together. I’m so excited to leverage all the knowledge we’ve gained and experiences we’ve shared, as we head into this totally exciting future.
