Eye Contact, 2021 one of the more profound experiences I’ve had was holding eye contact with my children when they were lil ones. Don’t know how to explain it, but perhaps it felt like I was in that moment part of something collective and vast. My family liberated me from a lot of anxiety by offering a purpose greater than myself. I could be a freer, more purposeful self. Big fan of eye contact
