Before the New Year even begins to roll around , I’ve made the resolution to myself to start now with being more active and healthy. If you follow me on stories you know that I recently lost over 25 pounds and it was one of the hardest things I have done. Losing weight after 30 isn’t a joke. Coming from someone who has always been active with dance at a younger age to college and someone who has always been tall (5’9), I never had to worry about weight... until now. I made a promise to not worry about the number on the scale so much ,but which ever weight makes me feel & look my best self to me.
In order to keep myself in shape I plan on walking & running a lot more,I also want to start back with cycling (I’m a high cardio type of girl).
I would love to know what y’all do to stay in shape & active, please drop down in the comments with suggestions.
