After extended aging in wine barrels, this blend was conditioned on foraged spruce tips, Sauvignon Blanc lees, and locally sourced Blueberries. (One 750ml Bottle)⁠ *pre-release ⁠ The Daydreamiest Imperial Oat Cream India Pale Ale (10.5%)⁠ The Imperial mashup of our 3 favorite Daydream hops, Mosaic, Citra and Galaxy with oats and milk sugar. (Two 4pks)⁠ ⁠ I Used To Like Winning Imperial IPA (8.0%)⁠ Imperial IPA with @burialbeer I guess we've decided participation medals are just as good? We teamed up with Burial to brew this new iteration in our I Used to... series with our hand-selected Citra and Galaxy plus a great new hop from our friends @freestylehops Peacharine. We also threw in some Citra Incognito for good measure. (Two 4pks)⁠ ⁠ Monotonous Miles Lager (5.1%)⁠ A Belgian inspired Pilsner brewed with our friends at Halfway Crooks. We used Saaz and Cascade grown in Belgium by Forrest Farm, plus some German grown Select, Tettananger and Hersbrucker. (One 4pk)⁠ ⁠ Gandvik Baltic Porter Baltic Porter (8.1%)⁠ Gandvík Baltic Porter(8.1%) with Human Robot. We love dark lagers and this Baltic Porter brewed with our friends at Human Robot was decocted and brewed with Vienna and Munich malts plus some crystal and chocolate malts for a rich flavor profile. Fermented with a Czech style lager yeast and hopped with Saaz hops. Gandvík is the Norse term for a dangerous sea, the Baltic, known as the Bay of Serpents for it's serpentine shape.
