If we had known the trip you were about to take, oh my love we would have sent you with so many gifts and laden you with flowers for the journey. We would have doted on you, and anointed your head with oil and kisses and laughter and song. I did not know our time with you was so brief. What a thrill to be alive with you, to dance with you.
