January 2020 - @spinzbeatsinc called me and asked if I could come to the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya to shoot some stills for a special project he was working on. We arrived at 5:30am, with a beautifully haunting mist sitting low upon the tarmac. The project was focused on covering an incredible collaboration between Daniel Caeser & F1 - including a custom car & race apparel that would become part of his Coachella set. Although at this point, covid was something we were subtly joking about potentially becoming a problem, little did we know it would evolve into what it became, which ultimately led to Coachella being cancelled two years in a row and this project never getting to see the light of day.
