Yesterday was a day to remember. It was one full of friends, work, nerves and heavy lifting of course. Trish and I started this day at 6am and we never looked back. I am so proud of her for taking on her first weightlifting comp and every one else from @ny_weightlifting_academy. Being able to take second place in my second weightlifting comp is a great feeling. Between the lifts @tannpick and I worked, laughed, kept calm and made the best day possible. Big shout out to @danny_casey for being a great coach. He was so patient with Trish and I 🤣. Big things to come from us this year. The future is always bright and I’m so excited to see where it leads next.
