坚持 Thank you @beardfoundation for the nomination for Best Chef California. It is a recognition of our team, past and present, who have built, rebuilt and now reestablished our restaurant. Through the uncertainty of the past couple years, I’ve realized that @misterjius is a restaurant not worth fighting for for myself, but instead for this neighborhood and for representing Chinese food in America. That gave me the drive to want to continue to persevere. Congrats to all the other nominees, looking forward to celebrating with you all. -B
