The ups, the downs, the all arounds of operating a business are wild. There was a time where my anxiety would take a speed bump and create an infinite mountain. I am so grateful for my spiritual journey and proud of myself for prioritizing my mental health over all else. Please know if you’re out there pursuing your dreams whether for yourself or amongst working for and with a team of others... the road is not linear. The waves are almost always a blessing. Without the contrast of the lows we wouldn’t be able to truly recognize the highs. And in every dip lies a lesson of growth waiting to unfold for your ascension! When I hit a tough patch these days I do my best to center and ask myself what can I learn here. What can I do to challenge myself to deal with this in the most beneficial way possible even if the foreseeable outcome is not that of which I wish. Things that come fast and easy sometimes are the quickest to leave. Keep going.
