My Fave Kale Salad! 💚 Bright, herbaceous and with a slight crunch. Perfect entree to fall 🍃🍃🍃 1 bunch curly kale, destemmed and thinly sliced 1 bunch lacinato kale, destemmed and thinly sliced 3-4 radishes, thinly sliced 1 jalapeño, deseeded and thinly sliced 1 cup Brussels sprouts, trimmed and thinly sliced 1-2 bunches fresh mint, destemmed and thinly sliced Dressing: 4 tbsp olive oil (I used @fancy_peasant ) Juice 1 lemon Sea salt and pepper Toss all ingredients in large bowl. Whisk dressing and pour over salad. Massage w hands. Serve!
