These paleo No Bake Berry Birthday Cake Protein Squares are definitely 10/10!! They contain healthy fats from coconut oil and cashew butter which gives them a creamy texture!! They are topped with a dairy free raspcream cheese frosting that pairs so well with the vanilla cake flavor 🥰 They are the cutest little snack/dessert and you won't want to stop at just one!! Check out the full recipe below 💖 Ingredients: • 1/2 cup almond flour • 1/2 cup coconut flour • 1/4 cup coconut sugar, maple syrup, or powdered monk fruit. • 4 scoops vanilla collagen or protein powder • 1/2 cup raw cashew butter • 3 tbsp melted coconut oil • 1 tsp vanilla extract . For the berry frosting: • 2/3 cup dairy free cream cheese • 2 tbsp powdered monk fruit • 1 tsp pitaya powder • 2 tsp raspberry jello mix(I used @simplydelishnatural) . Toppings: Artificial dye free sprinkles and freeze dried raspberries. . Directions: 1) In a bowl, mix together the almond and coconut flour, protein powder, maple syrup/coconut sugar, cashew butter, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. 2) Pour mixture into a silicone brownie mold or a small dish lined with parchment paper. Put in the fridge for at least 30 mins. 3) Make your berry cream cheese frosting by mixing together the cream cheese, monk fruit, pitaya powder, and jello mix. 4) Take dish or mold out of the fridge(If they are in a dish make sure to cut them into small squares.)
