Pregnant skin chat! If you’re like me you will see your skin go through a lot of changes in your first trimester. I suddenly had drier and very sensitive skin and barely any time to do a routine. I also had some insane cystic spots. But il save that for another day... What I learnt: focus on hydrating steps almost exclusively. Even my lips are dry all the time so @lanolips lip balms have been a saviour honestly. You can use AHAs during pregnancy so when your skin is feeling strong πŸ’ͺ🏼 apply an exfoliating treatment 1-2 times a week. Steps in this routine: @ceraveuki hydrating cleanser @itcosmeticsuki bye bye pores 10% glycolic acid / hyaluronic acid serum @oskiaskincare isotonic hydra-serum with ceramides and amino acids - very replenishing for dry skin! @renskincare barrier support elixir a pregnancy SAVIOUR as i used it on its own so many times when i was too tired to do a routine and it held my skin up nicely. @itcosmeticsuki confidence in a cream. A luxury cream with a fairly affordable price tag. @lanolips lemonaid lip scrub and treatment πŸ’• πŸ‹ #pregnancyskincare #pregnantskincare #pmroutine #sensitiveskin #pregnancyskincaretips #skincaretipsandtricks #skincaretipsforyou #pmskincareroutine #pmskincare
