First daifuku of 2023 - strawberry nutella! Actually nutella was not very easy to work with in wrapping the strawberry, so I would recommend doing the layered blob + strawberry slice filling instead. Or maybe I should’ve mixed nutella and white bean paste? The hard part is not having everything melt when it’s wrapped in hot gyuhi 🤔 In any case, it tastes great!
