A productive day starts with an intentional night. š I sleep so much better and rarely hit snooze when I actively prepare for bed. Iām a night owl and getting enough sleep to support my training has always felt impossible, but this simple nighttime routine helps prep me mentally and physically for the day ahead.

Hydration - love having cold water ready and waiting by my side to help me wake up the next morning. Also TMI but I find if I have to pee in the AM Iām 100X less likely to hit snooze.

Drink my @youcanbeam greens.

Wrap my hair.

Read or listen to my audio book.
