A productive day starts with an intentional night. 🌚 I sleep so much better and rarely hit snooze when I actively prepare for bed. I’m a night owl and getting enough sleep to support my training has always felt impossible, but this simple nighttime routine helps prep me mentally and physically for the day ahead. . CURRENT ROUTINE: āœ… Skin care, always. āœ… Recover & Recharge Challenge on the @evolveyou app - movement before bed is such a HOT LEAD! āœ… Hydration - love having cold water ready and waiting by my side to help me wake up the next morning. Also TMI but I find if I have to pee in the AM I’m 100X less likely to hit snooze. āœ… Drink my @youcanbeam greens. āœ… Wrap my hair. āœ… Read or listen to my audio book. 🚫 Resist the urge to mindlessly scroll! .
