A few years back, I wanted to gift something to my fellow cast members In a play I was doing and that gift, came in the form of yoga. • Having previously done yoga and understood its mental health benefits I thought, with the content of the subject matter in the play, we could all use it! • My Friday Friend Forward this week is a wonderful friend of mine who delivered that gift to centre us all before each performance. • Bassanti is the owner of corporate wellbeing company, ‘Pathak Yoga’.
