You have 5 minutes left of your workout... what do you do? Get those endorphins flying! Finish your session with a 30 second full body add on series. Start with your squats and add on every 30 seconds: ➕ Squat to Elevate ➕ Inch worm ➕ push ups, release hands ➕ reverse table top, knee march ➕ bicycles (pulse every 3rd rotation) ➕ reverse burpee Finish with 2 minutes ongoing, complete 4 of each exercise.
