another year of bending and not breaking regardless of who or what tried to tear me down along the way. this time of year is full of recaps being posted on social media that can take you down a spiral of self-reflection or self-loathing. stop comparing yourself to others and even to yourself from years past. you’re here. you survived. you’re alive. maybe you didn’t do that thing you planned on doing or maybe you did that and then some—but, the greatest accomplishment at the end of the year will always be making it through. it’s not always easy, but you did it. if you’re reading this, i am proud of you. let’s keep growing, evolving and bending (but never breaking) in the new year ❤️ #virtualbffpeptalk
