Cardio is REQUIRED... If you’re not active all day. For example, if you normally walk an average of 8K steps every day, but you start a desk job that only allows you to walk an average of 2K steps... You can’t eat the same way you were when you were much more active. Not only will you not lose fat, you won’t even maintain the weight you were when you were more active. And you DEFINITELY won’t see any fat loss with less activity and the same amount of calories. So, you can slash your calorie intake so it’s more appropriate for your activity level... Or you could just add in some cardio to bring you back to (or over) your previous activity level. I’d always choose eating as much food as possible for myself and most of the time I have my clients do the same. And they’re all killing it 🔥 It’s one or the other, guys. You can’t have everything for nothing, so figure out which is easier for you to sustain...
