Fun Fact... At 21/22 this was my 1st house in NJ!!! No exotics!!! At that time, @gia_casey wouldn’t let me buy cars, jewelry, bottles, clothes or nada until we were out of Queens.. I didn’t want to buy that home, It was my 1st big purchase and I was so damn scared... Now don’t get it twisted I was 1:30 from the City but we were safe... @bustarhymes actually helped me get financing.. LOL... “He knew a guy” I sold that crib 6 months later and made 80k and that’s where the RealEstate Bug started... @_djmono use to visit me and always run out of gas.. .... So yes, you can do it!!!!
