I’m so excited for @desertdaze_official this coming weekend! I’ll never forget in 2018, I was up front in the pit taking pictures of @tameimpala when the monsoon storm hit the festival grounds at Lake Perris. Tame had to leave the stage after 3 songs due to lightning, but they promised before they left the stage that “they’d be back.” A torrential downpour, a pandemic and 3 years later, the promise is about to be fulfilled with a very special set of “Lonerism” to be performed in its entirety this Saturday night. Desert Daze is a festival that’s near and dear to my heart, and this years lineup and the surrounding excitement has me thinking it may be the best one yet!
