Honestly it’s been such a tough year. I have had a lifetime of practice finding the silver lining, but it has been hard. I had some big personal life stuff happen and fell into one of the worst depressions I’ve ever had, which if you’ve been following me for awhile is something you know I’ve been very open about in the past. On top of that it always feels like the world is burning, and I know that in itself is enough to make us all feel anxious. *But* Today I am grateful to be alive, to be safe, to be back in healthy routines, to be feeling more like myself, and to be with friends (who’ve always been my chosen family) who love and support me and who took care of me this year when I really needed them. 🙏🏻❤️ Also here is a very short video of me walking an adorable alpaca named Lilah. 🥹
